Sign in to your OneDrive account

Once logged in, select the files and folders you want to download by clicking the “Check” boxes in the top right of them

Once selected, click “Download”. This will save the data to the “Downloads” folder on your laptop

Open your downloads folder and you will see the new file, saved as a “.zip”. You will need to “Extract” these files

Right click on the newly downloaded folder and select “Extract all…”

Then click on “Extract”

Once completed the “unziped” folder will open

You may wish to move the contents on this folder to somewhere else. For example, if you have downloaded some photos, you may want to move them to “Photos”
