Open a web browser and go to www.dropbox.com
Sign in to your Dropbox account with your account email and password
Once logged in, find the files/folders you wish to download and select the check box to the left of the items, then click on “Download”
You will see the progress of the download shown and it will save the data into your “Downloads” folder on your laptop
Open the “Downloads” folder to see the data you have just downloaded. If you have downloaded multiple items you will need to “Unzip” the folder
To “Unzip” right click on the folder and select “Extract All…”, then on the next screen click “Extract”
This will create a new “unzipped” folder in the same location (your “Downloads” folder). You may wish to move the files e.g. if you have downloaded some photos you may wish to move them to the “Photos” folder on your laptop
