How it works

Find out what to expect from start to finish with your claim. From how to prepare your device for collection, updates to expect during your claim and how your device will be safely returned to you.

Courier collection

DPD will collect your device. On the collection day you will receive an SMS message with a 1 hour time window of when the driver will arrive. The driver will take your device and place it into a foam padded protective box which will be sealed with cable ties until it is received at our repair facility. They will hand you a receipt for the collection.

Assessment

Once your device arrives at our facility, you will receive an SMS message confirming we have received it. Your device will be photographed, the technical specifications recorded and our engineering team will produce an inspection report determining the fault with the device and any spare parts required to repair it.

Repair

Spare parts will be picked from our vast onsite inventory (or ordered if required), then the engineer can repair your device. Once repaired, the device will pass to the quality assurance team for a full test of all features using industry leading software. Your device will be returned to factory settings for data security reasons during this process.

Delivery

Your device will be photographed, cleaned and securely packaged ready for dispatch. You will receive an SMS message informing you that your device has been repaired and the tracking number of your parcel. You will receive another message from the courier on the day of your delivery with additional tracking information.
